A Day in Mindfulness
With exam times looming and stress levels rising on campus, we decided to hold ‘A Day in Mindfulness’ – a full-day event jam-packed with powerful workshops from mentors, speakers and Intuitive Empowerment Specialists.
Throughout these workshops, our students learnt several tools and techniques to help better manage their anxiety and stress. Guest speakers who facilitated these workshops included Prosper Nzisabira, Jeril Thomas, Helen-Christi Cannard and Gurmanpreet Singh.
Overall this was a wonderful event with Students saying they felt better equipped for their upcoming exams. Thank you to everyone who attended, our wonderful guests for facilitating the workshops and Brett Vance and Eszter Kiss for organising the event.
